Hello! Thank you for checking out my website. My name is Alexa Kent and I am a female photographer specialising in relaxed and natural wedding and lifestyle photography. I hope this little about page tells you a bit more about me and what I do.

So, where to begin? Well, I studied BA Fine Art (specialising in Photography) in Canterbury at the University for the Creative Arts. When I graduated in 2004, I began assisting wedding photographers and quickly realised that it was something I loved doing. I have since spent the last eight years developing my own style and approach to photographing weddings in a fresh and creative way. I am now based near Brighton in East Sussex and am fortunate enough to be doing what I love every day of the week.

I have been featured in various magazines and wedding blogs including Your Sussex Wedding magazine and Whimsical Weddings Wonderland blog. In 2009 I was awarded a Licentiateship from the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers.
